Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments changed or canceled within this window, including same-day bookings, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. To ensure a smooth and timely service, please be available or ensure vehicle access at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to begin service due to inaccessibility or absence, the full service amount may be charged.
