Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments changed or canceled within this window, including same-day bookings, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. If we are unable to begin service due to inaccessibility or absence, the full service amount may be charged.
