Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We kindly require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Appointments changed or canceled within this window, including same-day bookings, will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. To ensure a smooth and timely service, please be available or ensure vehicle access at the scheduled appointment time. If we are unable to begin service due to inaccessibility or absence, the full service amount may be charged. Leon Prestige Mobile Detail reserves the right to adjust or reschedule appointments when necessary due to weather conditions, safety concerns, equipment issues, or operational needs. In such cases, we will always communicate promptly and work with you to secure the next available time. We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be flexible whenever possible.
